“Nice marina view and nice bay view from the balcony. Not a great space for family of 4. It’s very tight. The Sofa pull out bed was very uncomfortable. This is better for one or two people for a night or two that are going out on a fishing charter or something like that.”

“The rental was nice don’t try sleeping on the sofa hide abed it will ruin your back”

“Chanda was great to work with, very nice clean place. We only stayed one night as we were there to attend a funeral. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in Florence.”

“Love this resort. I love the waterfront balconies and the location. It’s so nice to get a 1 bedroom unit and it was a nice bonus to have a comfortable Murphy bed too. The only downside was the pots are teflon and are flaking off so I didn’t feel comfortable cooking with them. Also, bring your own coffee.”

“All was good but did not appreciate that the patio door to the bedroom would not lock, nor the guest room bathroom. Also, a box of Kleenex would be good. The deck divider was easy to get around so did not feel safe in the guest room. Might be back if the locks work. ”

“Lovely little place to stay! Well appointed, clean, and beds were comfortable. Only removed a star because there is no way to close curtains in the main area of the house with a deck that is used as a walkway to the second unit that runs immediately in front of the windows. People walking by can look right in and there is a light on all night that shines on the walkway. Would be great to add some curtains that give more privacy from neighbors in attached unit walking by late in the evening.”
