Great Ocean View, Comfortable Rooms, Could use some improvements
The rental was spacious and comfortable. The ocean views are spectacular and there's easy access to the trail and rocks. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed. It could use some upkeep in the surrounding plantings and the carpets had many stains--including a wet one in the master bedroom when we arrived. With some repairs/replacements (microwave, blow dryer), yard work and carpet cleaning this could become a 5.

First of all home was great. Communication with Vacassa came in a timely manner, but when it really mattered key box not working, for check in. It took 3/12 hours before we received any communication. Communication was via text, even though a phone number was given.

Great stay. Great house
Had a great girls weekend vacation for my best friends 40th birthday. Loved all the amenities. Especially the hot tub. So relaxing and close to the ocean. Watching from the house or going for a walk on the ocean front trail was amazing. We will return.

Spacious, nice house, but not well-maintained, poor communication
The house is located directly over the beach and has fantastic views of the Oregon coast. It's spacious, with 3 large bedrooms and bathrooms, a large living area and kitchen, and a garage/game room. The property is not well-maintained, and was not particularly clean upon arrival. We spent a couple hours cleaning, including the (very dirty) windows overlooking the ocean in the living area, which are one of the property's selling features. The fixtures, bathrooms and beds/mattresses are also run down; for example, the shower doors are very difficult to move and in some cases don't close. The communication was also non-existent. We asked two very easy questions in the week before arrival and never received a response. In sum, a great location and space, but poorly maintained and serviced, especially for the price. A worthwhile place to stay depending on the options, but with some significant downsides.

Nice getaway
This property was clean and comfortable with a good view of the ocean, however, we were looking forward to the hot tub but didn't use it because the only view while in it would have been through windows that we couldn't even see through. Our only recommendation would be replacing blinds in the bedroom as they are in such poor condition they can't be closed.

Great location, great stay!
Wonderful location. The house/furniture is a bit run down, But still ok. It should be noted that two bedrooms are on the main floor(with 4 different exits) while the kitchen and master are upstairs, not great for young families. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much.
