Very nice hotel. Room is clean and spacious. Pool is big but very cold!! The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the centre of everything.

Second time staying here, can’t fault it. Clean, lovely pool area, never a problem getting a sun bed. We stay breakfast only basis as there are so many restaurants to eat out in Playa Blanca, again can’t fault the breakfast choice. Plenty for everyone. Superb location. Definitely will return.

The hotel was perfectly located, close to the beach and only a 5 min walk to the town centre. The hotel is ideal for children with a well run kids club (punctuality on open times could be improved).

Loved the vibe, the pool area and the activities for kids. But as a coeliac with a dairy free toddler the restaurant was a nightmare. No signs highlighting allergens. Very little staff to assist with basic things like having gluten free toast in the morning. When I asked about this they said they preferred to have the chef walk you around the buffet each night and show you what you can eat, this was humiliating.

Stayed from 2nd to the 9th of May in room 2097,this is a very large hotel that offers from bed and breakfast to all inclusive. Staff were very efficient at check in and quick. Room was a great size with a good size balcony overlooking the children`s pool saying that it was not noisy at all. as we were staying in a superior room we had a free safe provided . Rooms all benefited from a small fridge to keep those important drinks cool. Air con is centrally controlled although you can make supposedly adjustments i found that in fact it does not control below a certain temperature that is programmed by the hotel so found it inadequate and on a really hot summer day, may not be effective during the hot summer months. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels if required. Found it strange that on our arrival despite all the usual toiletries that their was no soap as we had brought our own we did not ask and thought it was an oversight and would be addressed the following day but it wasn`t , we did however get some on our last day,found that amusing. Breakfast had a fantastic selection of food and could not fault that ,the breakfast area is massive and gets very noisy. Drinks are very reasonably priced with purchased charged against your room and payment when checking out. Entertainment was poor though thought it was red buzzer acts from Britain`s got Talent.

Not for families.

We stayed with two other families for the week and while the hotel is still OK, we had issues with noise between rooms, especially from a group of younger lads staying in the room next to us. Unfortunately after complaining three times to reception, the hotel did nothing about it. We explained to reception that there was loud dance music coming from the room next to us and that they also commented inappropriately to my wife – yet the hotel did nothing to move us or, move them on. If appropriate steps had been taken then our holiday would have been significantly improved – but the response (none) and action (none) taken by the hotel has been very disappointing. We booked a family room, anticipating that it would be calm and appropriate, unfortunately this was not the case and therefore would not recommend this hotel for families.
