Safe fees. I stay here frequently, and I hate the fees for the safe. I NEVER use the safe, yet I'm always charged $1.50 plus tax per day. Checkout is usually just leaving the key badge in the basket at the front desk. I could avoid the fee by telling them I didn't use the safe at checkout. They know most people won't do it. I forget frequently. The fee is dishonest.

Okay stay for the price. The hotel had a weird smell like musty carpet but was otherwise fairly clean. Linens are all white so easy to check that everything was clean. Bathroom seemed to have been updated within the last few years which really stood out compared to the 70s decor of the rest of the place. The toiletries sucked but I always use my own anyway so nbd for us. Good breakfast selection. Wouldn’t recommend for a long term stay but fine for one night for me and my 8-year-old.

Clean rooms. Nice with the fridge. In a very rough part of town with homeless people walking around. I worried about the safety of my vehicle. All was okay and the stay was fine.

The parking was limited with no lighting, which didn’t feel safe. As to the rest of the property, it was clean, the checkin was easy and seamless and the breakfast was quite good.

The room was super clean and and updated. The hallway carpet and the room was really clean and a nice change from the usual chain motels The staff was super helpful when I asked about a place to go to eat near by. That is including the day and night staff.

They have a pool in online promo; no pool apparent? Unsafe neighborhood; first time I've ever considered checking out and going somewhere else after arrival. My malware bytes program wouldn't let me access the unsecured wifi provided by the hotel.

a homeless person was able to come into the lobby at 4:30 a.m. when I was sitting there and the desk person wasn't there for 30 min. Did not feel safe. They asked me if I had some weed and money. Another guest left and dropped their card key in an open top box on the counter that the person could have taken and gained access into the guest room area and other areas of the hotel. I've stayed at this hotel for many years when I visit my mom in Yakima, but will not stay here again. I think these outside doors into the lobby should be locked from 10pm to 6 a.m. and guests can use card key to enter. Late arriving guests can press a button to ring the desk clerk to gain entry.

There was long dark hair in the shower upon arrival, the bed was extremely hard, the room was hot and the air wouldn’t come on for more than a minute or two and then shut off. The breakfast eggs were not good and the breads were dry. All fixable items
