Moved to Ghetto room

Will never stay here again

Pros: The beds were comfortable.
Cons: Housekeeping services, customer interaction.
The hotel room was clean upon entering. There was events in town so the hotel was sold out, the other guests were VERY loud until all hours of the night. Kids running up and down the halls, knocking on the doors. Typical for a sold out hotel but doesn't give for a very good nights sleep when traveling across different states. The housekeeping was HORRIBLE the next morning. Came back from a funeral at 4:00pm and the beds had been made (no sheets changed), no fresh cups supplied, no fresh toiletries supplied, 1 new towel supplied for 4 people, etc. I approached the front desk to get some shampoo and informed the young gal of the situation.... I was told the only reason that would happen is if we had the "Do not disturbed" sign out, which we did not. I had informed her that the maid service had entered the room but did a sorry job. No apology, nothing. Almost as if it was my problem so deal with it. My mother fell on the curb, to the point we had to call 911 (she is fine with a broken nose and skinned up face), but the next morning we approached the desk, not knowing if we needed to inform them of the incident, the same young gal was there. We told her what happened...never even a question of "are you ok? I'm so sorry that happened!.....NOTHING! Human decency and caring would bring on these questions when dealing with guests from your establishment. Not that they could or would have done anything, but just some compassion.

Very comfortable

It is an older hotel but consequently the rooms are very large and roomy. Beds, bedding and pillows are extremely comfortable with high quality fabrics and down pillows. Very clean, staff was extremely nice and the breakfast is very good. A perfect business hotel.

Hotel staff was cold and ambivalent.

Our bed was lopsided. Our room was freezing when we walked in. The hotel staff was rigid and made us feel unwelcome because we ordered our room through a third party. Overall, a terrible stay.

Not worth the price!

Room did not look clean b/c carpet had many stains and lighting was very weak. Toilet ALWAYS required double flush. Pillows were lumpy causing sore neck. My iPhone charging cord disappeared from my room while I was away. Will never stay there again.

great location, close to everything downtown.

Just one night, great location, nice to have goodies for sale that didn't break the bank, breakfast was normal continental, The only down side was the room had a stale smoke smell.

The must for yakima

We have been to a lot of places. This was the far best. Only down fall was I had a service dog and was placed way in the back area as not to inconvienance the other guests. Bad call
