I would come back.Posted Jun 15, 2015 on Hotels
Great overall stay but the bed was uncomfortable. I was first excited as it was an air bed but I hated it. The food is great in this hotel. Try the pecan crusted halibut.

This Is Not A PlaygroundPosted Jun 1, 2015
Cons: Let's see, a hotel staff that takes action when there is a problem. Refunding the price of the room when do don't deliver what has been promised.
After a long day of traveling and touring we were ready to relax in our room, unfortunately this was not to be. One of the two elevators in the hotel was not working and the staff seemed to be unaware. There was a little league baseball tournament in town and there must have been 100 boys running everywhere and riding the one elevator for fun. At 9PM 15 boys decided to run up and down the halls screaming and slamming doors. By 9:30PM we had had enough and went into the hall and asked very nicely if they would please stop playing in the halls. It had no impact so by 9:45 I called the front desk for assistance but no one answered the phone, I tried calling two more time but still no answer. At 10PM I went in the hall stopped the boys from playing and had them take me to their parents room. The parents did get the boys to stop running around but the hotel should have taken action. I explained all of this the following morning to the hotel desk and they were very disjointed in whoever was working the desk the night before. They indicated that the manager of the hotel would contact me but that has never happened. And their blowup beds are a joke and very uncomfortable. For $210 a night I expect more.

The HiltonPosted Jun 1, 2015
Everything was clean and put in place staff was awesome. Only thing is that its not in the best side of town and you could hear sirens all night if you're a light sleeper I don't recommend this place to you

Excellent start to winery tourPosted Jun 1, 2015
Location: Wine tasting was #1 for us. Also check out the Yakima Museum. Tripadvisor.com has information on more tourist activities.
This is our second time at the Hilton Garden Inn and it did not disappoint. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is comfortable, hotel has free wifi, complimentary garage parking, in-house restaurant. We did not dine at the restaurant but it had a decent menu. Make sure you read the instructions for the bed - it has adjustable firmness levels. We had problems with our key but staff was quick to help resolve the issue. This was a great starting point for our weekend of wine tasting in the Yakima Valley. We will definitely stay here again, and we know our out-of-state visitors will enjoy this hotel as well.

Great experience. Great time at the pool. Breakfast was ice and stayed open late to accommodate everyone. Also my wife left a new outfit inthe room and the housekeeping staff turned it in to their supervisor who mailed it back to us.... Money left in pocket was still there. IMPRESSIVE!! Thanks for a great experience.

Don't trust that your getting what you booked!Posted May 11, 2015
Pros: Some of the staff was nice
We booked a room with 2 queen beds because we were going to have our daughter with us. We get to the hotel and they state that they no longer have a room with 2 queen beds for us. At this point we are getting mad cause we didn't have any back up plan. They tried to accomodate with giving us a queen bed and a fold up bed (a cot) but with the cot in the room it made everything very small. i will not ever trust what i book on this site again! I am very upset that this happened on Mother's Day weekend!!!! Liz

Very loud hotel- traffic especially noisy. Located downtown where there are meth heads walking around.
