Great check in and right off freeway for easy access which of course comes a bit of noise as a trade off but that’s ok. It’s right beside a beautiful Yakima greenway so we took a 25 km bike ride along there right from the hotel and next door to Denny’s for supper so very convenient.

I stay here often because it's only minutes away from my son's dad's house, it's familiar, never had any issues staying here. Wish they had a hot tub, but other than that it was good :)

Our room stunk bad and the window would not open. Walls are thin, neighbors were loud. Bathroom was in disrepair. Swimming pool wasn't heated. Interior hallway smelled like cigarettes.

Seemed a lot of drug traffic. Saw multiple tweekers outside the property. And lots of shouting in the middle of the night on Friday night

Started off with not having paid for double queen. Single queen for 4 people. Also this is a homeless qualified hotel. Homeless are lined up inside and outside waiting for their government provided stays. Drugs needles in parking lot and the smell of weed is intoxicating. Literally. It smelled like wet dog and lots of weed. Not a place for families. Pool is indoor but not heated etc. they were kind and refunded our money when my daughter started having instant allergies in the room.

Hotel was fine with waffles or cereal for breakfast. Biggest complaint was the indoor pool thermostat was set on 40 degrees so water was so cold nobody could swim which was why we stayed there.

The pictures are obviously from 10 years ago, at least. This is an old hotel, that used to allow smoking and it shows everywhere. Bathrooms are original, TVs are small and limited channels, beds and linens are old (with cigarette burns). Wont be going back.

I cannot speak enough about how friendly the staff were at this property, they were amazing. The room itself was a bit musty when we got there, and the key card reader on our room didn't work right away, but the staff were super courteous and kind, and the place felt safe and clean, for the most part.

Set the air unit in the room at 60 and was hotter than you know what, kept turning it down and didn't improve. Breakfast room was out of some of the food both times we went down to try to get something to eat, gave up and went out for breakfast.

While the staff were kind and helpful the facilities are abhorrent. The AC is moldy and I assume in an attempt to cover that smell a cloying cleaner/perfume has been shoved in the vents w/cotton. The bed spread had a burn hole, the pool was closed, and folks were loud all night. Perhaps I got what I paid for, but I left early and will never return.

The bed had a blood stain under the sheets, the coffee maker had gross things floating in it, and the staff during breakfast took 45 minutes to make coffee. Really disappointing!

We chose this location because the rooms at our event venue were sold out, and this was closest to that location. I was pleasantly surprised by how incredibly clean the room was!! It practically sparkled. The front desk person was really friendly and helpful. It was the perfect place for our "one night in town" stay.

You get what you pay for! Overall fairly clean but after showering I walked around the room barefoot for awhile. When I was putting on my socks the bottom of my feet were black!! Obviously they REALLY need to shampoo the carpet!!!! Also since they are non smoking rooms, it was very disappointing to see burns on all of the tables & the bathroom counter!

An old and tired hotel which was probably never more than mediocre even in its heyday. Now the pool is kept freezing cold, the carpeting is dark and old, and the whole place feels like somewhere you would rather not be. And it is not as cheap as it should be. Sorry to the staff who are doing their best, but we will definitely not be back.

Check-in was good, very friendly. Hotel, especially our room could have used some very derp cleaning. Some type of liquid had been spilled down microwave counter down the fridge door. No filter in the air conditioning and very dirty filter in the bathroom fan. Not nice to be breathing this stuff.
