Alll the food is way over priced and not as good as a random restaurant you could find within a 10min walk. The bar was overpriced considering the 711 in the basement sellls same drink for 100-200 yen.

We loved the shuttle bus to Osaka station and plenty of shops underneath and also at 711, which was handy.The breakfast was lovely, great.Buffet highly recommended. The staff were so helpful

This hotel wasn't as conveniently located as I had hoped for sightseeing but it was very well priced and the included breakfast was extensive. The room was clean but on the older or more dated side. You can tell it was a very grand hotel when it was built. Even though it is dated, it is kept up well and clean. The staff was very helpful as we had some pressing personal issues that came up during out stay. It was easy to find an English speaking staff person to help us. I wished there was a laundry facility onsite, that was the only thing lacking. The price was very economical and we were happy with our stay.
