Excellent location.
Location was great. About 300 meters from the Siping Subway station which is on line 10 and 8. Walking distance from various convenient stores, bubble teas and eating places. Included breakfast is more for the local taste - steam buns, hard boiled eggs, congee, bread and jam.

Great value for money. Staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the reception staff had no English speaking skills. Close to subway line 10. Shops close by and eating and snack places good.

Fine!
Apart from no one there can speak English, everything was fine. It was great value for those who do not have high budget. The room was clean and warm. Facilities in the bathroom are o.k. Location is fine. It is close to several small restaurants and convenient stores.

Well ..ill start by talking about the good points of this hotel.. lets face it.. its cheap.. and for the money youre staying in a college neighborhood full of food.. students .. and easy ascess to transport.comfy bed and nice room the poor side is as such. . The staff are very unhelpful especially if you're a tourist. .. the bathroom gets clogged up often enough andits difficult to tell taxi drivers where this hotel is.

Surprisingly comfortable
What Jitai lacked in outdoor appearance and amenities it completely made up for in the comfort of my stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, and that is a big big plus in my book. I stayed there while registering for school so I was walking so much, and I found myself excited to go back to that bed every day. Shower was very basic, nothing spectacular. The hotel breakfast is sad and very very budget—we ate there only once. The wifi internet is a strange experience because you need an ID to sign in and as a foreigner you don't have that, so they'll give you one only when you ask for it. And the id/pasword constantly changes so I was bugging the cranky reception lady once a day.

近くの大学に留学中の息子を訪問するために滞在しました。 早朝ホテルに到着し荷物を預けようとしたのですが、朝早い時間にもかかわらずそのまま部屋に通してくれました。 レイトチェックアウトも可能で、夕方５時まででプラス80元でした。 デポジットの２００元からの清算してくれます。レシートもしっかりしていてわかりやすかったです。 残念ながら英語は通じませんが、スマホのWi-Fi設定などもやってくれました。 フロントは純朴な感じの女性で、テキパキとしていました。 ハード面では、 部屋は広め、エアコン、シャワーのお湯の出も良かったです。 ２日目にトイレが詰まってしまったのですぐフロントに言ったら、設備のおじさんがすぐ来てくれて対応してくれました。 「もう、トイレットペーパーは流さないで」と言われましたが…。 冷蔵庫がありません。 湯沸しポット、ドライヤー、緑茶ティーバッグ、ミネラルウォーターサービスはありました。 無料の朝食は、「ザ、中国」という感じのメニューでしたが、現地色の濃い雰囲気が帰って楽しかったです。

Einfach, autentisch und gut.
Beim Einchecken hatte ich Glück, da einer der wenigen Englischsprachigen anwesend war. Der Teppich ist phantastisch weich. Die Zimmermädchen waren morgens ab 7 Uhr oder 8 Uhr sehr laut. Das Frühstück chinesisch und ohne Kaffee. Es gab hauptsächlich chinesische Gäste. Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, Bettwäsche einmal die Woche. Alle waren sehr freundlich.

가격대비 좋아요!! 위치도 난징동루 한 번에 갈 수 있는 지하철이 있어서 편하구요.. 시핑역까지 5분 정도 걸어야합니다. 직원들이 영어가 안돼서 조금 답답하지만 큰 문제는 되지 않았어요. 청결도는 보통. 더러운 편은 아님. 출장 가시는 분들.. 가성비좋은 호텔 찾으시면 추천 드리고 싶습니다.

für diesen Preis echt super! 5-10min Laufentfernung von der Siping Lu Station und der Tongji Universität; der Zimmerservice kommt jeden Tag, die Betten sind relativ hart, aber trotzdem sehr bequem. Das Frühstück ist in einem kleinen Raum neben der Rezeption, allerdings komplett chinesisch.

大概就是3~4星級，如果要求不高，只是晚上住宿，是不錯的選擇，客房清潔不錯，只是早餐每天都一樣，有粥、兩樣醃製菜、饅頭和包子、水豆漿，離地鐵站很近，去重要景點方便

房間煙味太重，特價雙人房非常窄小
房間煙味重，設備陳舊以致看起來衛生較差，開冷氣還有落塵。位置不錯，鄰近同濟大學，校園是散步好去處，離校門夜市很近，側門劉記肉夾饃平價美味不可錯過！

만족합니다.
일단 이 호텔 건물은 구조적으로 조금 특이합니다. 그래도 방에 들어서면 일반적인 여관방처럼 괜찮습니다. 매일 물 2병씩 제공해줬고, 아침식사는 흰죽과 찐만두 2개정도 먹을만 합니다. 전체적으로 싼값에 이용할만 합니다.

Das Hotel ist relativ sauber und eignet sich perfekt als Schlafmöglichkeit, sofern man die meiste Zeit sowieso unterwegs ist. Die Rezeption spricht kaum englisch und das Frühstück kann man absolut vergessen.

7친구가 Tongji University에 다니고 있어 만나기 위해 여행차 예약 하였습니다. 이 호텔을 이용하시는 분들께서 중국어를 조금이라도 하실 줄 알아야 할 것 같아요. 호텔 체크인, 체크아웃의 기본적인 것들은 전부 중국어로 이루어지기 때문입니다. 호텔 서비스와 객실의 상태는 매우 만족해요. 매일매일 침대 시트정리와 수건보충, 그리고 사용한 기본적인 세안도구도 모두 충전해 줍니다. 와이파이도 사용할 수 있어요. 그리고 조식도 제공되는데 매우 가볍게 제공됩니다. 일주일동안 불편함 없이 지냈던 것 같아요. 아 그리고 지하철 역이 걸어서 10분 안에 위치하고 있어서 교통편도 문제 없어요~ 친구 만나러 또 상해를 가게 된다면 이 곳을 이용할 것 같네요.

上海地下鉄8及び10号線の四平路駅から徒歩10分、同済大学には徒歩5分に位置するホテル。一部屋あたりの値段が非常に安いので、男同士や女同士で泊まるにはオススメの場所。市内中心部まで地下鉄で10分程度とアクセスも良いため、旅費を少しでも抑えたい人は検討の価値あり。ホテルのフロントスタッフは片言の英語が話せる。

Lits très, très fermes (matelas chinois), on aime ou on aime pas. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil mais ne parle que chinois ; pas un mot d'anglais. Mieux vaut avoir une petite base ou connaître quelques phrases-clés pour s'en sortir (accès aux codes internet, questions de directions, etc.). A proximité (3 min) d'un arrêt de métro qui mène au centre en 15 min. Pratique le temps de trouver un logement long-terme pour mon année d'étude à Tongji University. A toujours avoir avec soi: l'adresse de l'hôtel écrite en chinois pour rentrer en taxi ; les taxis ne parlent que chinois également et peu connaissent le nom de l'hôtel.

地點方便，附近有幾間小吃店還有麵包店、速食店和超市(靠近地鐵四平路站)。飯店每天提供一瓶水，員工態度也不錯。惟房間燈光較暗，網路很不穩，facebook上不了，但line和wechat則沒問題。

中心からやや離れているので静かでよかった。部屋も清潔感あり。 地下鉄四平路駅から徒歩5分くらいなので移動にも便利。 ホテルのエレベーターは部屋のカードキーをかざさないと使えないので、防犯面も安心な気がする。

Wie die Überschrift schon sagt ist das Hotel günstig und die Lage ist gut mit einer U-Bahnstation in der Nähe. Das Zimmer selbst ist aber eingestaubt und man teilt es sich mit Spinnen und anderen seltsamen fliegenden Insekten - sowohl im Schlafzimmer als auch im Bad.

Nur 5min zur Ubahnhaltestelle gelegen bietet dieses einfache Hotel in uninähe klassische Hotelzimmer zu sehr günstigen Preisen. An der Sauberkeit gibt es nicht viel auszusetzen, aber es glänzt und blitzt natürlich nicht. Zimmer haben Klimaanlage und sind trotz Lage zur großen Straße nicht zu laut. Es gibt kein Frühstück und das Personal spricht kein Wort Englisch. Ein Taxifahrt in die Innenstadt kostet ca 30yuan.

離地鐵站頗近，價格蠻合理，早餐也還ＯＫ，雖然飯店有點舊，不過服務人員不錯，網路也蠻快！
