I had to wait for more than half an hour before getting the room key because the online reservation had not been through to the hotel directly. Moreover, the payment method is different from other hotel, i.e. the online payment was a guarantee payment to be returned to my credit card account later, rather than being included in my bill during checkout. It is confusing and troublesome to check whether the refund would actually take place. Besides, I believe that a hotel booked at expedia should be a much cleaner one.
