Had stayed there before

Pros: The breakfast was fine.
Cons: Vacuuming the halls and room.
Location: Close to beaches
The pool was very dirty, the water was not clear and you could see a film on top of water. The paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and flaking. Did not get a copy of paid bill.

Quick night at the Cape

Outdoor pool was already closed 10-13, but they did have an indoor heated pool. Front desk worker was extremely pleasant to deal with. I was told there would be a charge for the safe, but we were NOT charged when we checked out. The only disappointment was that I specifically requested a first floor room if there were no elevators (HP). Was not told until check in and I asked that I would need a different room class at an additional $10.00. This may have affected my decision to book there as hotels on the ocean weren't that much more.

Great Stay

The room was very clean and comfortable. Check in easy, great location near everything.Also quiet. Nice big t.v. Breakfast room well stocked, wi fi good...Parking right outside in back. great price.....highly recommend.

Bathroom needs work- peeling ceiling. The slider and screen were open upon checkin allowing bugs to get in. Our first night there was people partying loudly outside until 3:00 am. We called to complain and nothing was done. We went to desk in the morning and clerk was very apologetic and gave us a different room. Our second night was nice and quiet. Breakfast room was extremely warm with no air conditioning.
