Great location for Yas attractions
Comfortable hotel located minutes drive form Yas Mall and the theme parks on Yas Island. Modern, clean and affordable. Only gripe was the AC struggled to go below 20c.

Beautiful property. I was only there one night but the staff were wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities ie iron, ironing board, comfy bedding, kettle station etc. There was nothing I had to call the front desk for.

I spent almost 3 hours on the phone and messaging (live chat) attempting to change my check-in date for 3 rooms, because my client's flight was delayed by 1 day. I was never able to change the check-in date, therefore I was charged the full price of the 3 rooms - and ended up staying at another hotel because of the service. Centro Yas Island reservation desk was not reachable, unless you contacted the restaurant reservations and asked them to transfer you. This was highly frustrating and would not recommend for this reason. I have no idea what the property was like, since I was never able to check-in at the hotel.

Good rooms, and decent breakfast. But the bar was closed and evening restaurant too - you have to go to the hotel next door. I was surprised by how noisy it is being located close to the F1 track.

Not the best stay, our room looked good but after unpacking our bags we found some insects; however, the staff were very friendly and helpful and apologized for the inconvenience, moreover they moved us to another room. The 2nd room was not that clean and smelled bad (humid) also the headboard was smaller than the bed so one of the wall mounted lights was sleeping next to us!! Very inconvenient! Of course they would have changed the room if we had told them but we decided to keep it since we already unpacked! The breakfast buffet was just fine

I liked the experience very much and am a repeat customer. Centro Yas Island is close to transport and shopping. It is also very quiet which I prefer. The gym and pool are excellent amenities and I made full use of them. Staff were professional yet friendly and readily answered any questions I asked. My stay was a very good experience.
