Nice hotel and accomodating staff

I stayed at Radisson for a few days during a short sray at abu dhabi. The room was clean, I did not have any issue with noise in the room however when dining outdoor, I did experience noise from the airplanes flying overhead which is expected considering the proximity of the hotel to the airport. The staff was pleasant. The hotel food is very expensive in my opinion. Another thing to keep in mind is that yas beach is free for any yas island hotel residents. One has to request a voucher from the concierge.This wasn’t made clear to me and I paid 100 dirhams for the beach accesss. The assistant manager was nice enough to provide me with free breakfast as a way to remedy the situation. Hence one of my recommendations would be to remind the customers of the free beach access and make the vouchers easily accessible perhaps give it to the customers when they’re checking into the hotel.

Lovely hotel with attentive staff

Pros: Staff, facilities, location and rooms. Pool is also nice and although there were a lot of people about, we still managed to find loungers together
Location: Lots of things to do on Yas and close enough to get to both Dubai and Abu Dhabi centre from.
I live in Abu Dhabi so this was just somewhere to stay while friends were over. I have stayed here previously and always had a good experience. The first room we were given was a touch noisy so we were moved to a higher floor without questions. All staff we encountered were attentive and friendly. The hotel itself is clean and rooms are large, with comfy beds. A great location to explore Yas Island and the surrounding area from.

transportation from hotel to mall was great.

I for got my camera charger in the united states.mr.jonathan flex (radission) informed me about fee transportation to the nearest mall. I was able to find one due to his helpfulness.

Old style smily room I don't like the carpet at the room price high comparing to the other hotel i dont like it at all i change the hotel for rest of my trip

Friendly, helpful staff. Vegetarian food options limited, especially for breakfast. Dinner chef very helpful and happy to accommodate.

Last minute trip

Visited Abu dhabi with family. Temperature this time of the year is incredibly hot so perhaps was not a good time to visit. Abu dhabi is a great place to stay. Yas mall. Desert safari and SheikZayed mosque are well worth a visit.

There is no airport shuttle and it says in hotels.com it has one. One of the main reasons I selected it.

Reasonable hotel for the money but not fantastic

Pros: Good facilities, good location.
Cons: I've stayed here before and had the same issues each time; housekeeping is inconsistent with missing towels, milk etc and broken lights and TV.
Room and hotel is nice. I've used this place 4 times now. Good facilities and helpful staff. What lets it down is the inconsistencies - this time round I got an iron that didn't work properly; last time they took my dirty towel each day but never replaced it so I ran out after 2 days and only realised as I got out of the shower. In my recent stay, I had to ask for milk, the TV remote didn't work, some light bulbs were broken. It's been the same each time so it indicates a general lack of process rather than a one-off. My recent stay was in a business class room. Unfortunately, the breakfast starts a little too late (6.30) for the UAE, where most workplaces start at 7.30 or earlier. A large group in the business class lounge had taken all the beers each night before I got there, and they cleared the (small selection of) food without notice so I didn't have the chance to get any more. Minor, but I paid a premium for that service and the room wasn't noticeably different so that premium was only for the breakfast that I had to miss and the evening snacks that were very limited. I've stayed in worse places, but I've stayed in better.
