"This is probably one of the best experiences that I have had whilst travelling. Don't be misled by the "hostel" designation of this guest house - it is really a boutique, luxury residence in the heart of Daikon Island. First and foremost, the guesthouse owner, who speaks very good English, was very kind and drove me around the whole day. "I am delighted that we spent 3 nights in this hotel. In fact, I would have liked to extend my stay. The room was spacious, the breakfasts were among the best I have ever eaten in my life, and the hot spring was top notch. I visit Japan every year, and this was among the best. The staff were very helpful with the automated check-in and check-out. The entire hotel is spotless, as shoes must be left at the front and even suitcase wheels are cleaned. Noodles are served in the hotel restaurant in the evening."
