“We booked the property for our second night of 4, cycling Avon and Kennet Canal. We were hoping to arrive earlier than stated check in, to make use of fridge before we set off on our bikes for the day, Alex was extremely helpful and gracious in immediately responding to our request with a yes. Everything was ready, clean and fresh, everything as listed and set out in the welcome message. Hot tub was fantastic, great after our 36 mile ride on canal tow path. “I stayed here whilst working away. The place is very clean and modern; everything looks brand new. The other review states the bed was too hard; I found it to be extremely soft. I’m wondering whether one side is harder than the other as it’s basically two single beds made into a king. The owner was friendly and helped show me round.
I will definitely stay again next time I’m working in the area. The only thing I would say is with all the modern appliances in the room, a full-sized……

“For occupying empty tudent ccommodation, it's mostly very good, I only have a few notable nitpicks.
1) The lights are very strong and no lampshades, one on the ceiling bares full force down onto the bed and I couldn't figure out a way to dim it without turning everything off, it was very bright and made laying on the bed (or not sitting in a slump) very uncomfortable when I wasn't actively asleep. If there is one I missed I hope the managers let me know in response to the review so it can help……
