“BAD, BAD, BAD! I only put 5 stars so this review doesn’t get erased and people really get to know how horrible the service at this hotel is. *Restaurants suck! Wait is always over 1 hour and you can’t make a reservation. *pools are old and deep, deep. And only one entrance to pool. *snack bar personnel suck! They ignore people so they don’t have to serve you. *lobby staff are not organized. They gave our reserved rooms to someone else and kept saying they didn’t have anymore rooms. ……

“We loved that the resort campus as it was very self sufficient with many activities and options for dining and quick ride to the beach and some amazing views of the mountains and the ocean! On few occasions given BON park is under construction the waiting time for the shuttle was bit tricky but mostly no issues as teams were very accommodating. When our kid fell ill the concierge were able to help bring a doctor in short notice which was very helpful given this was our first trip to Mexico and……
