OK for North Entrance to Yellowstone

Posted Sep 25, 2016
Pros: Location
Cons: Prices are high, but this reflects, I suppose, location and short season.
Location: Yellowstone
Good stay, no problems. Gardiner is at the Yellowstone North Gate. Iron Horse Bar / restaurant close by and recommended.

Yellowstone gateway hotel

Everything felt new and clean. A typical breakfast, maybe slightly above average. Seems like a well run place.

15 minutes walking to town.

Helpful staff. Across road from Rusty Nail. Best bar in town. Breakfast disappointing. Dont see why we are asked to reuse towels ' to save the planet' and have to use disposable plates and cutlery! Comfortable rooms.

Expansive View of Yellowstone from the Hotel Room!

Posted Sep 13, 2016
Pros: The view, cleanness, friendly stuff.
Location: Location is great, lots of good restaurants around. Gardiner is a really cute town. Also close to north entrance and Roosevelt Arch.
We stayed at the Rodeway Inn & Suites on our last night during a 6 days road trip. I would have to say this is the nicest hotel and the best night of sleep we got! The place is very clean and nicely decorated, all the rooms on our floor faces the mountains, and the view is amazing! Stuff members are super nice, upon arrival, they made recommendations for dinner and stuff to do around town. We wanted to watch a movie from Netflix but wanted to use the bigger movie screen instead on our laptop. To our surprise, they let us borrow their HDMI cable, and the wifi speed is good enough for streaming.

Great, clean hotel close to Yellowstone

Posted Sep 12, 2016
My husband and I were on our honeymoon and stayed at the Rodeway Inn in Gardiner for 5 nights. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty! The hotel staff were friendly and forthcoming with information about the town and places to eat. The woman who checked us in even told us which restaurants to steer clear of. If we get to make a return trip, we'll gladly stay there again!

Beautiful view of the mountains.

Posted Sep 11, 2016
Clean nicely decorated room with an amazing view of the mountains. We viewed elk grazing along the street below the motel. Many nice restaurants within walking distance of the motel. The elevator was helpful for older guests. We also had a hot breakfast including eggs and sausage and plenty of hot coffee.
