Great Place to Stay for Yellowstone

Posted Aug 21, 2015
Pros: Quality of room and the location of the hotel were excellent.
Cons: A few more cable channels would have been nice. But they did have HBO.
Location: Although a room in the park would be nice. A room outside of the western entrance is almost as convenient since Yellowstone is such a large park.
Excellent location next to west entrance. Clean, Like new, Well kept rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly Staff. Continental Breakfast was decent. Coffee was good (and that's IMPORTANT).

Convenient for West Yellowstone Entrance

Posted Aug 14, 2015
The hotel is expensive for what it is, however it is very close to the most heavily used Yellowstone entrance so what can you expect. The hotel was fine and the room also. Breakfast was limited as nothing warm/cooked. Only toast, coffe, juice and muffins and some limited fruit. There is a gym (small) and pool/spa which was nice to use although busy. Laundry hours were only 10am - 10pm and with only 2 washing machines makes it very busy in the evenings.

Good location

The hotel is located very close to the West gate to the park and is next to the Wolf Discovery center. I wish the breakfast had more choices.

Convenient hotel location

Posted Aug 4, 2015
Pros: location, cleanliness, new décor.
Cons: A few maintenance issues were noted - water damage on wall under window and above ac, electrical wall outlet not flush with wall.
Location: Very close proximity to Yellowstone National Park.
West Yellowstone is a clean town, with well-manicured lawns, and well maintained outside facades of buildings, at the North west entrance of Yellowstone. The hotel room was clean on entry. A few maintenance issues were noted while lying on the bed near the window - water damage on wall under window and above ac, electrical wall outlet not flush with wall, rust appearance at bottom of ac. Overall, the staff was friendly, the general appearance of the hotel was clean. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Not worth the price

Posted Jul 28, 2015
I really did not feel this hotel was worth the high price. Room was just OK. WiFi was weak. Breakfast needed eggs and meat. Toaster waffles were frozen together so had to hold stack to chisle off one. Saw others do that also. Told staff but was that way as long as I was there. No sugar free syrup for us diabetics so just used butter. Just equal to many $80 hotels. Very average. Not that special. Staff was nice.

Near Yellowstone west entrance

Posted Jul 23, 2015
Helpful front desk staff on check in and check out. Room is very clean with lots of towels. Free breakfast is ok but could use some meat like bacon or sausage with the price we paid per night.

Hotel is expensive for summer season, as are all near Yellowstone. It was very clean. Staff was very nice! Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy to walk through town.
