The room was excellent. It was quiet even with it being on the ground floor and the motel being close to the interstate. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well presented and easy to access. The only negative is the pool needed to be drained and cleaned. It was the best Red Roof I have used. The price was an excellent value.

The room is completely dirty. Everything is rusted and there appears to be dead beetle shells all around that we had to clean up. Bed covers are stained, floors are dirty, thick dust on sleeves and headboards. Some lamps don’t work. Front desk staff person was very kind and super helpful. He was awesome actually. Best part of the stay! Luckily, we’re just passing through for the night and needed a place to stay. Ceiling has water damage. It appeared to be nice on the outside. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

It was very convenient right off the Hwy. it’s a decent place to stay for the price. The bathroom had not been restocked: empty tissue box and no bar soap for the shower. The photos of the eating area showed chafing dishes for hot food, but turns out they only have waffles.

Im very impressed with this updated property. Love that there is no dirty carpet in the rooms. Everything is spotless and the staff is lovely. Most of all i love that they are really pet friendly. Many chains are charging $75 per night extra for my little best friend, there is NOTHING friendly about that. Here, she stays for free and they were so sweet to her. Will definitely stay here again.

I would have given an excellent rating if the elevators were working! We booked a day prior to our visit and arrived late. We were called and asked if we’re still coming. We had stopped for a late dinner, but informed them, that yes, we’re still coming. When we arrived, we were given a second floor room, and then we were told the elevator wasn’t working!!!!!

The room, bed and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. There was a dog smell in the hallway but not in room. the breakfast was very limited. The price was good. I thought it was an excellent value.

Okay but won’t return
My husband and I stayed here while passing through town on a road trip. The people working here are fantastic. Great customer service. Unfortunately that was the best part of our stay. The elevators do not work so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs. The room was very outdated, smelled musty and the bed was not comfortable at all. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. The complimentary breakfast was only coffee, waffles and cereal. Overall, it served its purpose as a place to sleep while on our trip but we will not be back.

The property and room were in very good condition and clean, especially the bathroom. Only issue I had was that I was supposed to have a pet-friendly room. These rooms should not include couches and beds that cannot be kept secure from animals wishing to hide underneath. Not a huge deal but one I wanted to bring up.

Wonderful stay!
I wasn’t expecting much from a small town inn. However, the room was wonderful! Very clean, great staff, newly renovated and very comfortable! I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I would have given 5 stars. Since the property is well kept and the staff is extremely friendly. Carlos in specific. But I booked since they offer breakfast to make our long drive easier for my husband since we travel with a fur baby. And all they offered was cereal, coffee and waffles. There was a lack of hot selections and pastries or fresh fruit. And they blamed it on COVID. I’ve stayed at comparable chains recently that offer eggs, sausage and all that they were lacking. I’ve stayed here for years on my way to Florida. But I think I’m going to look elsewhere next time.

Fine if you like Pine Sol
First the good- the front desk clerk was great. Kind, accommodating, and professional. The room was beautifully furnished and the bed was comfortable. No complaints about the area either. (The food choices are lacking but that’s not the fault of Red Roof.) Now- the not so good- the rooms wreaked of Pine Sol. Overpowering and way too much. I ended up feeling I’ll because of that. There’s also no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which would have helped. There was also mold behind the curtains, around the AC unit. And the elevator is out of service and looks like it had been for awhile. Overall- with the exception of the mold and Pine Sol, we absolutely would stay again. However those two things make it a no go for us.
