“I loved this hotel, and the staff are truly on another level. They couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful, assisting with everything from airport transfers to finishing my laundry late at night.
The location is good, and the room is excellent: spacious, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, and everything feels new. The bed was made and towels were changed daily. The laundry room on the top floor is free and available 24/7, which is a huge plus.
The only minor inconvenience is the entrance……

“I stayed here on new year's eve.
The room was large, clean and had everything i needed, even a washing machine, which was very useful.
Great view o the lake from the balcony.
Everyone at reception were super helpful, especially Alice, who was very attentive and she even gave me recommendations for my trip to Sapa.”
