“Our 3rd visit to Oyster Cottage, this time for a full week. As before, excellent location and all that we would want for a stay. We particularly like the layout of the cottage with the living area being on the 1st floor with views over the green and out across to Teignmouth. ”

“Loved our stay, peaceful and quiet. The food in the mill was 10/10. Only one shop locally but its quite expensive so od suggest buying before you go, also no take aways or Uber etc.”

“Fabulous property in a perfect location. Communication with Tony, was excellent from start to finish. The property was everything we needed for the week, even if the weather maybe was not. A fabulous space even with 3 teenagers. But the piece de resistance has to be the view! We could have sat on that deck all day every day and never moved! It was mesmorising. I know we'll be back again in the future x the week”

“Amazing apartment beautifully kept and so very clean Ideal for some one that has an elderly person as there is a double room and en-suite downstairs with a twin and bathroom upstairs was perfect for our stay and would recommend highly ”

“Unfortunately due to my daughter being unwell we were unable to stay at this property, I have given it a 1 star rating as I had no communication from the owner at all other than to request payment & didn’t even acknowledge that , I did inform her that I wouldn’t be able to stay but still no response! Very poor way to conduct business! Politeness and acknowledgment costs nothing ”

“Lovely old building. Everything you need to be comfortable is there. Superbly comfortable beds, constant hot water and the Aga is a dream for cooks. Everything works and the flat is very well equipped for a longer stay. Lovely village with great pubs.”

“Great stay in Mimosa lodge at Moor View. Hosts were very friendly and were able to accommodate our needs. The lodge is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and extremely comfortable.Location is excellent, very central for getting around.Would certainly stay there again.”

“Chris and team were fantastic to work with. He addressed all of my inquires and made the check in and out process so easy. The apartment is large and spacious. The location is near the cathedral which made walking anywhere easy! The unit had a good size frige and stove and dishwasher!!! All amenities were in the unit too! I would visit again! Thank you! ”

“We didn’t have unrealistic expectations for a property under £200 a night in Devon over a bank holiday—but we did expect it to be clean and safe. It wasn’t. The living room had a large stained, filthy rug. The couch was also stained. Pillows smelled of body odour. Pans, bowls, mugs, and the fridge were dirty. The floor left our socks black. The shower had black mould, and the toilet needed bleach. Its pull cord was brown halfway down. Walls were stained, and the house smelled unpleasant. The……
