“It was a great hotel with amazing staff. The staff were professional, friendly and kind. The rooms were new and cleaned every day with restocked necessities. We had reserved the junior suite and it was very spacious. We arrived early in the morning but the hotel was able to provide us with our room much earlier than regular check in. The breakfast options were plenty and very delicious. I would 100% recommend this hotel.”

“Hotel in good location, just a short distance from all sightseeing spots in the city. Excellent hospitality. Room is spacious and cosy. However, there was a hot water issue in the bathroom during our stay. Hot water supply in the family room was not steady and would go out very quickly after turning on for a minute or two. Could not be fixed during our stay even the hotel had looked into the problem. The wifi signal was weak in the bedroom area of the deluxe room.”

“This hotel was lovely. We chose it because it was just outside the centre of Yerevan, but easily walkable in 30 minutes. The rooms were very clean and the staff was lovely. Breakfast was great, but not what we expected. It was a mixture of continental and salad/dinner options. However, it was delicious. It doesn't have a pool, but does have indoor baths that you can book out. Not quite a Spa hotel in UK terms, but very nice.”
