The place was cleaned and the personnel was courteous. By my mistake, I thought it was a 10 minutes walk to city center, but we had to take the bus, which wasn’t bad but not what we had in mind. The room is too small. We didn’t use any of the facilities since we went for the “encierro” and enjoy in Casco Viejo.

First, the staff is outstanding. The service they provide was excellent. Next, the hotel is very nice. The room we stayed was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again on our next visit tonPamplona.

It was very expensive for the type of hotel and amenities it offers. It was clean enough and the cleaning staff was amazing. I can not say the same for the receptionists though.

The location was great for walking to the San Fermin activities. I came to run with the bulls. The staff was really nice and helpful. I cannot say that the place was clean, as an un emptied trash can and someone’s shoes were left in the room from the previous stay. But they quickly had it removed and even added free breakfast. This is hopefully an unusual oversight. My main criticism is that the room was very small and the layout made it difficult to get comfortable with luggage. It is for this latter reason that I personally would not stay at the property again, but my space need are not necessarily the same as everyone else’s.

For the price tag...I thought it was an excellent choice. It is walking distance to a number of restaurants, if you don't want to eat at the hotel. Parking is available; although tight. No Tahoes in here or drivers not comfortable with really close spaces. And, you're 20 minutes from Old Town when you want to head down there. Staff was incredible and freindly.
