“First pic on expedia is decptive, showing the 5 start luxurious trainstation hotel some 5km further away. 2nd picture shows some beach, which makes no sense high in the mountains. The ppartment needs maintenance, shower handle was broken and the doorknob fell off when we touched it. Located in a one atreet village with one bar. Further surrounding have more to offer, many hiking possibilities and a nice cave to visit one village deeper into Spain. so nice environment but we are now in one……

“Experiencia malísima. Reservé un apartamento con 6 meses de antelación.Tres días antes de llegar no conseguí contactar con el propietario y la empresa tampoco dio con él. La solución que me proponen es darme 5 opciones para alojarme. Están todas a más de 30 km. Y el precio, una de las opciones era 10 veces más elevado que mi reserva. Obviamente, ellos no pagaban la diferencia. Por lo tanto me he quedado sin alojamiento. Mi consejo es que ¡NO RESERVÉIS NADA CON ESTA EMPRESA!”

“Worst staff and experience on a multi-month journey with over a hundred different stays. The staff were rude and uncommunicative. No internet. The place was not adequately equipped. It was 90 degrees inside without a fan in summer and we could not sleep. Beds uncomfortable. The kitchen lacked basics. No dish soap and they require you to clean the dishes?! We had booked four nights with Expedia but realized how bad it was on the first night. The office was closed all day except a couple hours in……

“Accommodation was great but had problems with both the microwave and hob. The guy on reception was really great in trying to help. Really good location. Parking was difficult. But overall I recommend the place.”

“Location is SUPER!! overlooking Luz-Saint-Sauveur, comfortable & efficient space. clean sheets & enough linens, but you have to make the beds or pay a fee. Checking in was a bit of a hassle since we didn’t notice the front desk timing but they were thoughtful enough to send me an e mail, but still I didn’t read it! It worked at the end & big thanks to the front desk lady for her efforts to reach us. Only 2 comments I would give to the management…. Please provide soap & dishwashing detergent, &……

“El propietario muy atento durante la gestión, fue muy cordial y nos facilito la entrada antes de la hora prevista. Nos atendió una persona de confianza que estuvo muy atenta. El apartamento bien equipado y cómodo, salvo por el sofá cama que sí tienes que usarlo para dormir deja mucho que desear, el resto de camas muy cómodas. La limpieza correcta, aunque una limpieza a fondo no le vendría mal.El residencial es muy tranquilo, con piscina y bar, ideal para descansar y disfrutar del Pirineo en……
