Very bad service

The service was very bad. The hotel was having internet connection problems and during the entire stay the internet was not usable. It's on and off and basically cannot be used to do anything. They also added a password to the internet to prevent over usage, which is totally ridiculous because the connection was so slow no one was able to use it in the first place. What made matters worse was when my husband tried to ask one of the staff for the password after 2 days of staying there, the female staff said to him without even looking up at him "why are you asking me, can't you figure it out yourself?" It's the most appalling attitude ever! We booked three rooms for three nights, and the hotel would not even give any comp or even one night one room discount for the horrible treatment and inconvenience! We are gold members of Hotels.com and have stayed at many 5-star hotels all over the world. We would NEVER stay at that hotel again!
