Good location & breakfast
Great location on Malioboro street and great breakfast buffet. Room is decent size but bathroom is a little rundown and room could have been cleaner - stains on sheets, coffee station hadn’t been wiped down, blinds dirty. It’s right on Malioboro so can be loud at night if that bothers you. Staff was not as helpful or knowledgeable as at other hotels in Indonesia. For example, when I had problems getting a Grab taxi to the airport they offered a very expensive private car, but o was able to go outside and hail my own taxi for same price as Grab and one-tenth the price as private car. So If you are reliant on hotel staff for assistance, tours, etc, might be challenging or very expensive.

Good value hotel
Very good value for money. Located close to town (walking distance to station and main street) but far enough away from the busy tourist area. The rooms are a good size and have all necessary amenities. I was able to work using my laptop at the desk and wifi was good. Bathroom is a good size. Breakfast was very good for an Indonesian hotel. I would be happy to stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it has a good location near Jl Malioboro, staff are pleasant & helpful. The only negative is the experience I had with Expedia's App which I found misleading when booking a stay at a hotel in Surabaya

Great location is it’s main claim to fame
Located on Jl Malioboro gives you quick access to the shopping madness that the area is renowned for. The hotel staff were polite and efficient. They organized a day tour of the temples and airports transfers all very effectively. The room had very basic facilities more 3 star than 4 as claimed. Would I stay there again, probably not.

Excellent locale
Hotel locale is excellent ,malioboro walking street is just 5min walk away,lively nightlife there is a cafe called Joko open 24hrs for u niteowls. Stayed there 3nights ,room was clean ,staff was attentive,check in was a breeze and an excellent breakfast buffet spread.My first choice hotel in Jogja.

Enjoyable stay, hotel close to Railway Station and Maliboro. Upgraded to a suite on top floor which was modern and clean. Only complaint was noise from traffic in the street below, this was more noticeable on Saturday night which was very busy than Sunday night which was much less busy and may not be so much of an issue during the week.

Great hotel and staff (in particular Arif)
Grand Zuri Hotel was very good. It was clean, spacious nice looking main hall, and perfect location! It was a 3 mins walk to the main street (Maliaboro) and walking distance to the tourist attractions. But the best thing was how nice the people were. In particular Arif, he went the extra mile to help us, it was great and very helpful to have him there.

Great hotel in center Yogyakarta
Comfortable, clean hotel with friendly staff. Great value. The free breakfast has lots of choices including traditional Javanese cuisine. It is more like a brunch. Very convenient location, walkable to all city center attractions. Instead of doing a day trip from Bali, I would recommend spending the night at this hotel and then back to Bali the next afternoon. It is quite an experience checking out the Malioboro night market and its street food scenes. Yogyakarta offers much better value than Bali, and the traffic is also much better.

Great choice for stay in Malioboro area
Location is just about 5 minutes walk from famous Malioboro street and also a train station. It is also walkable to Sultan Palace (Keraton) and Tugu Jogja. Towels were bit yellowish so we decided to use ours. However, the room is clean in general. Service-wise, every staff was full of smile, polite and helpful in answering our queries. We tried their food and beverage as well. Although it was much more pricey as compared to what local people usually spend on a meal, but the serving is generally bigger and in good taste.

Great stay apart from some staff
Hotel was in a great location and was good for what we paid. One staff member was incredibly polite and pleasant but our experience was tainted by one extremely impolite and unhelpful staff member. Breakfast was great and the pool and gym were excellent.

Hotel checkin nice. Good gym. Room is very basic and not dirty but not so clean either. Had to ask housekeeping to change my sheets which were not so clean.

While the hotel is relatively new and the rooms were clean, the level of service and quality of food left me wanting. Service in the restaurant during the afternoon was very slow. An outdoor BBQ in front of the hotel had very undercooked (almost raw) meats, which did not agree with our stomachs. No business center.

Booked initially for 2 nights, room spacious, clean but very noisy both from corridor with children running around and also as we overlooked the pool it was noisy first thing in the morning when it opened. Booked to stay for a further 2 nights but asked to change rooms. Given a room far less superior than the one we left. Slightly shabby and worn. Very disappointing

Executive style hotel in city centre
As a solo female traveller the hotel felt safe and was comfortable. The staff were pleasant and did their best to give advice on restaurants and transport. However, at times there were minor communication difficulties due to language barriers. The buffet breakfast was substantial and varied. The gym looked well equipped, although I didn't use it. The hotel is centrally located. It was possible to walk to Malioboro in less than 10 minutes & the Kraton was about a 30 minute walk. The airport was only a 20 minutes drive at 5.45am. Later in the day it will probably take twice as long because of traffic. I would stay at the Grand Zuri again.

New and modern hotel
Room is very clean and modern and spacious. it has a cool little pool bar with live music at the lobby. Breakfast was quite a good spread. It has a 24 hr massage service but i did not try. I must say though that there are equally good hotels at about half the price around the areas.

Great hotel near train station
Great place to stay in Yogyakarta. The location near the train station was great as i arrived on a late train. Also close to the main walking street Maliboro. Room was big,with a comfortable bed. Service very friendly. Breakfast also good. Would stay here again if i come back.

空港からはトランスジョグジャで。マリオボロ通りに入って二つ目の停留所がホテルの真ん前で大変便利です。 ボロブドゥール遺跡へのバスが出るバスターミナルJOMBORへ行くトランスジョグジャのバス停もホテルから歩いていけなくありません。
