I had bad impression ever since I stepped into the hotel because hotel guests not friendly and warmly welcomed.Had to approached to staffs instead to get information and asked them to carry heavy languages from my elderly parents.Having waited too long at reception to get rooms but not given rooms as per requested.They seemed to frighten to speak in English and some of them have very poor language. Overall has very low impression despite being thinking highly of this famous Novotel hotel.The bathroom wall is not cleaning at all,remained some stains and weeds on it.
