"Nice garden and pool area. Very friendly staff. Good size but simple rooms. Rooms to street side very noisy including late night and very early morning. Some fixtures need up keeping: drains work so so, washrooms in lobby etc. overall a resort feel in an excellent location (walking distance to Malioboro), more 4 star than 5."
