ベイビューの部屋に宿泊。景色が素晴らしかった。立地も良く、元町駅・中華街・山下公園へのアクセスが楽だった。 また日本有数のクラシックホテルのようで、共有部の内装や中庭が非常に美しかった。 スタッフのサービスは一部を除き非常に高い。(どこのホテルでも見たことがないレベルの、あからさまにやる気のない態度の男性スタッフがなぜか一人だけいたが・・) 一方、一部の部屋の設備・アメニティはやや古いが、私は気にならなかった。 本館が美しいため週末は結婚式がたくさん入っているようなので、ホテル内が混雑している。

This hotel has been one of my favorite hotel and finally I was able to stay at their main historical building. Service, facility, food and everything was so perfect and this is a great example of how Japanese customer service excels.

Pick the bay "front" room. We enjoyed the "Hikawa-maru" ship just in front of the room also bridges, harbours.

Excellent, traditional hotel, great location. Very attentive and helpful staff. Rooms are good. Lack of charging sockets on desk or bedside, no tea bags, even the coffee sachets are not free. Only drinks in the club lounge - no snacks, cocktails etc. Overall, very nice hotel but still room for improvement.
