The location is very convenient as it is very closed to bashamachi station. The TV has laundry status so that I can check if there are washer/dryer available, or how much time the wash/dry has taken place so that I can go pick up my laundry at the right time.

Title: Conveniently Located Gem with Room for Improvement - Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sakuraguchiko Review Staying at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sakuraguchiko was a breeze due to its proximity to key tourist spots and the subway, making exploration effortless. The nearby Bashamichi Station, speedy check-in/out, and warm hospitality from the staff made for a pleasant stay. Plus, the hotel's laundry service and reasonably priced breakfast at 1,100 yen were convenient perks. However, the aging mattress was a bit of a letdown as it caused discomfort, with noticeable springs, impacting the comfort over the 14-night stay. Yet, the room's view and easy access to amenities like Tully’s in the subway and a nearby grocery store were great for quick bites and snacks. Despite the mattress issue, Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sakuraguchiko's prime location and nearby conveniences make it a solid choice. Improving the bedding and mattress would elevate the stay, but the hotel's convenience and proximity to attractions make it an appealing option for future visits.

It’s conveniently located just outside a train station. The staff could not really speak much English but if you could do mandarin it’s ok . Enjoyed the 4 nights stay . They have free toiletries so that was helpful

The staff was great. The rooms were small but well set up. However, check in is on the second floor with a very small lobby area which became very crowded. We booked this property pre-cruise. We were able to ship our luggage ahead of time. It was there with no issues. The location was great; a 10 minute walk to the port and lots of restaurant options.

This is definitely a hidden gem in Yokohama. The train stop is right in front, so convenient. It’s walking distance from the carnival and from the cup of noodle museum and shops. I loved how the AC was amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. It’s a local hotel, not much tourism so I loved it. The price I paid, was a steal.

Good location.
The rooms were very small but it was fine for a short stay. They were clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful and could speak English. Location was good. It was close to train stations and shops.

Just minutes away subway Minatomirai line (metro)exit #3 and breakfast is optional but if you are going to easy pajamas morning that you can have the buffet ( little Japanese style for menu) that was wonderful also everything very close by you can go to cafe to get coffee and sandwich. The room is very spacious compared other modern hotels I would say. I started twin beds plus sleeping sofa and bay view that was great.

By the harbor.
Excellent service, the staff is friendly and attentive. We had a small problem with the room, they were really kind about it and even upgraded us. The hotel itself is very nice. Beds are quite hard. Very near the harbor.

Great hotel
We stayed in two different rooms at this hotel. The first room was rather small, but the second room #704 was very spacious with nice views. The room has a separate bathroom and toilet as well. We stayed in this room for five nights and it was very comfortable. The staff was very nice, especially the restaurant staff who greeted us every morning was super polite and friendly. The location is great and right in the middle of the touristy area.
