“The hotel is perfectly located, with a great selection of restaurants nearby, and the Kuanzhai Alley subway station is just a few minutes’ walk away. What I want to praise most is the service attitude of all the hotel staff. Something happened to my friend, and the front desk responded to the crisis very quickly. The manager personally updated us on the situation within two hours. We truly felt respected and experienced sincere service. Upon entering the hotel, the scent of burning palo santo……

I’d stayed in so many hotels across China, this one definitely stood out as one that went above and beyond in little ways that mattered—extra bottles of water, midnight snacks, free drinks, even provided free disposable facial wipes (first time seeing this). Very pleasantly surprised.”

“This is a pretty new hotel. It is very clean and modern. The staff is also very helpful. When we checked in, the front desk told us free breakfast was not included in our reservation. However, I purposely searched hotel providing free breakfast when I made my reservation. Not sure what happened but the hotel was nice enough to provide breakfast for us. One small thing the hotel can improve is to install window screens on the windows alongside the stairs. Otherwise, bugs and mosquitoes can get……

“Breakfast variety is good . Thanks to concierge staff who helped us to arrange transportation to airport in early hours of the day . And special thanks to the two concierge staff on duty around 5am who made an effort to verify the corresponding booking and driver’s identity for our safety sake .”

“We had a great stay. The room was nice and clean. I used the laundry room and found it convenient. There's Starbucks, family mart and even burger king below. It is a little far from chunxi area but we don't mind. Overall great, i will stay there again if i do come back.”
