Lucky and Rebee were both very helpful through our stay, recommending places to go and helping us with the best routes round the scene if areas. The hotel came with a driver to shuttle to and from the nearby scenic area which was a great help and made eveything very easy, the view was great and the rooms very comfortable and quite.

Don’t let the lack of reviews put you off booking this property, it’s perfect for a stay in Zhangjiajie. Before our visit, Sunny had been in touch and had helped us to plan our activities. We were picked up from the airport, then Sunny met us to talk through what we had booked, which was a great help. All the staff are friendly and helpful, they can’t be faulted.
Our rooms were great, and the hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the East gate of the park.
After a busy day, we returned to be given a full afternoon tea, which was delicious.
There is a free laundry which is very useful
I really wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel ☺️

"The main positive about this property are the staff and the location. The staff are very polite, professional and most of all personable and helpful. Major props to Crystal and Sunny. Nothing but good things to say about them. The hotel is also very close to Tianmen Mountain cablecar station as well ..."

"It does smell like smoke. Lots of people smok in the cafe which is hard to sit in. Staff was good. Especially the ones to help book tours. Overall it's a good place but the smoke smell through the hotel is annoying for us."
