The only negative comments are for the food. We had burgers at the grill they were very mediocre. Lobster mac n cheese tasteless.
Breakfast was not at MO standard but ok overall.
Dinner on the terrace was very good quality and taste.
So the big letdown was the grill.
Everything else about this hotel is awesome!!!

Highly recommend to all who want to experience Beijing Hutong living, very homey feel, the property is artistically designed and immaculately maintained , the tea serving ritual is a must to experience… and the traditional Beijing snacks (fried sauce noodles, wonton soup, tea cakes) are so yummy that my kids said they are the best food they have tried Beijing.

The hotel was in a convenient location. I have no complaints.
I would only recommend a second room if you have more than two people in the room.
The front desk and housekeeping staff were helpful and great. The hotel manager was professional and tried to assist at all times.

"Overall was a great experience EXCEPT their dryer didn’t work which caused me great inconvenience. I stayed up all night waiting for my clothes to dry, putting it in multiple times and it was still wet. Definitely a management flaw tho not the reception or housekeepers fault.
