Nightmare and expedia shows no concern where place

Filthy room. Broken elevator & skunks around front of Ramada inn at Tuckahoe rd. location. Expedia appears to place you where ever with no knowledge of places they reserve for you. Take me off your listing expedia.

Cleansiness

They didnt change our beds, towels had stains. When they cleaned our rooms literally they only did one bed and changed the towels. No refills on shampoo or soap. The bath tub looked like it needed to be scrubbed literally we took showers with our shoes on. You get what you pay for they did have a bar which closed early and they had breakfast keep in mind no meats but again not bad for the price you pay elevator doesn't work luckily we were downstairs. They also have a nice pool. They had DTV, some the bedding looks modern some furniture looks old bedding didnt match curtains lol. Staff was great easy check in ans out. A lot of reviews about the cigarette smell we didnt smell anything it can be from people smoking outside because the hallway door stays open.

Pay the extra and stay somewhere else

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It was convenient enough to travel to see family and price was affordable. I traveled with my two children, however, this time I wasn't pleased. The walls appear to be paper thin and at 2am and again at 4am I was woken up by the couple in the room next door, you can use your imagination as to what they were doing. I'm glad that my children currently are heavy sleepers and didn't also wake up. When I awoke in the morning, when I went to check out I recommended to the desk that maybe when booking rooms, to keep single couples and families separated. Her response was that I should have called down and had my room changed. I told her at 2am and 4am, and all she said was oh. I shouldn't have to wake my children to change rooms.

Dusty with mouse poop in the bed

We stayed there for 4 nights and there was NEVER a time that they changed the bed sheets. There were 2 mouse poop in the bed too. They just made the bed and changed the towels. There are dust everywhere from the table to the dresser top where the tv sits, the bedside table and especially the lamps from DAY 1 to DAY 4. It was never cleaned. We talked to the lady in the front desk about the condition and said we will get our room changed, but never did.

For the Price, the Place to Stay in Yonkers

Pros: It is clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.
Cons: The facility is a bit long in the tooth, but everything worked satisfactorily.
Location: If you are driving, very convenient to Yankee Stadium.
If you are looking for a resort, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a place to sleep that is clean and comfortable, and do not want to spend a small fortune, this place works just fine.

Closest to my way back home

I arrive an hour after booking it online. So I was told by the concierge that I wasn't to check it until 11:00 AM. After explaining my situation, he decided to fix my reservation and get us situated. The bed was comfortable enough for us to hit the sacks. We left early enough with some snacks. A bit pricey for one night, yet did the job. Thank you to the hotel concierge and his kindness.

Very close to the highway

My only problem was the elevator wasn't working. My Room was very clean,The staff was very friendly and nice.

Close to good locations

Pros: I like the pool, but was cold.
Cons: The people need to clean the room carefully.
Location: Very close to New York
We had a bad experience, When I arrived, my name wasn't on the system, we waited for long, long time. I think this was a mistake from Expedia (for not reporting our reservation to them). At 4:00 am we had to move to another room, because my son got bites by bugs all over his hand. They moved us to another room. I can say the breakfast was okay. Thanks
