Everything was great except for no hot water in the shower in the morning. Apparently we were in the room furthest from the water heater and the room hadn't been used for a couple days before us. Our room had a nice little balcony with a swing and 2 person patio table. Breakfast was delightful with nice options to select from - strawberry pancakes for both of us. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They're very attentive to sustainability!

Hidden fees and depending on which staff member you got you received different information! Parking, internet, food and “destination fee” were not relayed properly and felt deceptive. Room was nice however the ceiling looked as if recent water damage. The location is in heart of everything and I felt safe.

Parking was terrible. They only have valet parking. Unfortunately, the service they use only provides one valet. Their solution is to have you leave your car with the keys in it while you check. The other issue is there is no one to assist you with your bags while you leave your car in the valet parking spot. Would not stay there again because of the parking and check in issue.
