Fine hotel

Nice family hotel close to fun destinations. Friendly staff comfortable beds and good sized rooms. Close to Hershey and Lancaster. Great breakfast buffet.

Overnight stay

When we checked in the lady at the desk told me the hotel was booked. I explained to her I booked the room with expedia and received a conformation. I EXPLAINED TO THE LADY HAD BEEN DRIVING FOR 7 HOURS AND NEED REST. She then told me I would have to call expedia such took almost an hour on the phone before I was able to check into my room. I have never had an experience like this with expedia I feel like the lady at the desk did not want to let me and my son stay at the hotel. It took an hour for expedia to help me check in. I was so tired after driving 7 hours I could not drive another mile safely. When we went up to our room it was so cold that i had to turn off the ac and turn on the heat. Which i knew that room was not clean recently. Worst experience ever with a hotel.

Could be cleaner

Pros: Location was good...close to interstate and the staff was very friendly
Cons: Cleanliness
Location: Just passing through...had breakfast at the Panera Bread down the street.
The bedside lamp did not work....in making sure the light was plugged in, I moved the nightstand out and found an empty water bottle and very much dust.

Served our needs for a one night stayp

We were in town to visit a close friend who was admitted to the wellspan trauma center ICU and we needed a place to sleep for the night. His family members were staying at this hotel so we decided to stay there as well. It was fine, although the mattresses on our bed were very noisy and squeaked every time we moved. The breakfast was average fare. All in all, it served our needs.

Nice Place for the value

Pros: staff,
Cons: little more variety on breakfast service
Location: It was only about 10 minutes from my son's, thats why i chose it. but day trips were easy to plan and do
It was a very nice, clean, stay while we were in PA. The staff very friendly, the breakfast were good. a little more variety would be better on the breakfast. but overall great place to stay

I would not stay again, here. Nor reccommend.

I was not really invited into the hotel, for the attendant was out front catching a break & on her cell phone. the pool and hot tub the next morning were super cold, I asked the desk clerk and she did her best to correct the situation, but after 2 nights I was checking out. The television was distorted, not acceptable. The morning breakfast was very well attended. The desk clerk had to be told by a maintenance guy that I was there for she was on her cell phone, sitting behind the desk. I ask for very little, but the Customer Service piece was definitely Not in the equation.

Very pleasant place to stay. Not really a complaint, but the place shows some needs for upgrades. Getting to look a little worn.

Highs ans Lows

The staff are wonderful nice breakfast and hotel is handy to lots of great eateries. Problems: Squeaky beds, dated bed linen and grubby carpets but I was told that the carpets were being replaced very soon and new bed linen ordered. Only other problem was that at the weekend it is used by schools for sports events locally so did get a bit of noise in the evening

Don't Plan to Return

Cons: Overall maintenance of facility.
We checked in around 11 pm and learned that hotel's elevator lights had been out since before 5 am that day, and maintenance man was currently in the elevator working on situation when we arrived, necessitating our climbing stairs to our third-floor room with large suitcase, etc. in tow. Normal elevator lights were still not working the following morning. To add insult to injury, we were startled awake at nearly 1 am to loud fire alarm going off in our room and building--hotel offered no explanation.
