Nice hotel, odd area, weird room

The staff was super pleasing, very nice and accommodating. The area was very scattered and the hotel is hidden behind everything so GPS is handy! The room was clean with lots of space. The bed wasn't really comfortable and the blankets lacked.. more like sheets with a throw blanket. I would still suggest to others though! Just brig your own comfy blankets and pillows and the stay will be set!

Sorry, would not stay again

Pros: They did move our room when we complained about the noise and our inability to sleep , this was greatly appreciated.
Cons: You should not let people smoke and drink on the front porch, not a great environment especially with children. Be sure to keep the pool clean.
Unfortunately would not stay again. It was not a welcoming environment to see people drinking, smoking and using inappropriate language on the front porch. Be sure when staying here that you do not get a room at the back of building, it is like sleeping on the side of the highway, no kidding . The building appeared to be going through renovations, both rooms we stayed in had incomplete repairs in the bathroom. Beds are extra firm, you may not like that . Also, as I have seen in several reviews, the pool was green !! Disappointing . One last comment breakfast hot foods were not hot ie: eggs, potatoes and bacon.

Less then I expect

When we arrived the pool was closed, which was disappointing since we promised the kids we would play in the pool that day, the room was a good size but not well cleaned, spots on floor and sheets, a lot of the time the front desk staff was out side smoking. The FD manager that just had a baby was the only great thing about this hotel. She was so sweet and endearing that you almost could not get mad .

Fine hotel

Nice family hotel close to fun destinations. Friendly staff comfortable beds and good sized rooms. Close to Hershey and Lancaster. Great breakfast buffet.

Need to give attention to details and fix the A/C

My thermal blanket had holes in it. The shower curtain was torn at the top. The fitness center had a temperature of 85 degrees. I didn't stay long. Air conditioning was not sufficient.

The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, overall decor nice. Our bathroom was clean and decor pretty however, there are not towel racks. When we arrived the carpet had not be vacuumed and when we went out for the day our room never got cleaned, not trash emptied, no beds made and our dirty towels were not picked up and replace with fresh ones. Night staff help get fresh towels but didn't know where washcloths were.
