There were bugs in the room in several areas, and hair on the bed, as if the sheets hadn't been washed. The place was noisy at wee hours in the morning. Breakfast was not as advertised--there was a dining room that was supposed to be open from 6:30-9:30 AM, but it was closed and there were a few Danish and buns offered near the coffee.

First I would like to say the staff was excellent. But I have cigarette butts behind the nightstand I have to go out to buy sheets because the sheets were( dirty,) roaches and them books I have thousands of legs.. also holes in the ceiling and the hallway and lots of mold

TERRIFYING! the experience with this establishment was terrible, really a disgusting place, everything was dirty, the rooms had never been cleaned, there was blood on the floor, the whole place stank of tobacco, the blankets and showers were full of hair, I ran out of the place, I preferred to pay extras in another hotel in this place so as not to stay in this place called a hotel, I honestly do not recommend it, they should demolish this place! Horrible experience!!

The door jam to our room appeared to have been slammed and bent, to the point where you could see inside the room. The sliding door to the balcony was completely missing it’s handle, there was a large hole straight through to the outside. The tub had not been cleaned. The sink was missing a part of its paneling. The headboards had hand prints all over them. And there was a random bird feather shoved into an electrical outlet. Among other things.
