Ok hotel reasonable prices…. But not deserving of the term “resort”. No gym…. Al least not without driving to it AND paying a fee…. No pool…. Coffee but no tea… minor but still one would expect more from a self proclaimed “Resort”.

Thank you for your response. we are sorry you were unhappy with your recent stay. As far as the gym, they have had some ownership changes so they are not affiliated with they but they do allow our guest to use the facility for a minimal cost. Did you ask the front desk for tea?

Front desk staff did not explain anything at check in. No notification that we had to hang sign on door to have room cleaned and beds made. No bed spread on bed. Asked for additional blanket and was brought the cloth shower curtain to use. Room doors need replacement for better security

The resort is attached to a golf course. It is outside of York and I find the resort quiet and safe. The staff was nice and friendly during check-in. There are not many dinning options around the resort and breakfast is not included.

Thank you for your feedback. We have one restaurant on the resort and several within a 10 mile radius of the resort. Breakfast is available for a minimal cost

It’s a great place to stay, the only downside was breakfast was not included. Service was excellent, and the whirlpool king suite was really cool. Spa service were really nice too

Get your ice cold shower!!
Our last experience with this hotel wasn’t the best. We had ice cold water in our room on the third floor. The noise was pretty terrible as well this time. Of course our last night there the manager came in and would not address us while we walked past or any of the issues that we had brought to the attention of the staff while we stayed there. It’s just wild because I remember this being an establishment that took pride in great customer service when I was in my twenties.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were inconvenienced, however our front desk staff offered to move you to a different room on a different floor away from the noise and you declined. Our on-call Maintenance person was called and the cold water issue was resolved.

Happy to see the property has been maintained well. I grew up in York, and spent several nights there for wedding receptions and other events. The last time was approx 20 years ago. So encouraging to see it's still well maintained.
