No hand soap, and no wash clothes. I asked for both, and didn’t receive either of them. The second night I went back to the front desk, and they could only find one wash cloth, This location is far below Holiday Inn Express standards

Nice staff but difficulty with original confirmation of reservation. Then, staff gave me the WRONG ROOM KEY! Also, EXPENSIVE for condition of room: water marks, dirt in bathroom, only two bath towels, one hand towel. HORRIBLE SMELLING DOVE SOAP! Every toiletry was DOVE, with SAME DISGUSTING SCENT.

Was fine for one night. Definitely needs to be cosmetically updated. Dresser was falling apart. We dropped something underneath and quickly realized it’s never been moved to be cleaned under. Stairwell smelled of strong chemicals that you could taste forever. Not worth the cost in my opinion.

The customer service was not good at all. They cancelled our rooms and blamed it on Expedia. They ended up giving us one room instead of the two that we booked. They were very rude.

When we first arrived the hotel room smelled like smoke so we changed rooms. When we asked staff for towels & wash clothes they didn’t have any ready. When we got out the pool there weren’t any towels, staff said they would bring towels to the room & never did! The hot tub was caution taped off so we couldn’t use it!
