Comfortable & Reasonably Priced

Pros: The price and the proximity to where we were going was the best thing about the hotel--in addition to being comfortable.
Cons: The weather??? It rained the entire time we were there!
Location: We were there to visit a relative who is very ill. York is an interesting and historical town, however.
We arrived at 3 a.m., and it was easy to check in. That was a real plus! The bed was comfortable, and the sink was outside of the toilet/shower room, which was nice. The hotel hasn't been remodeled recently, but the bedding and linens were nice. The television wasn't huge, but it was plenty large enough. Our stay was very pleasant. A nice breakfast was available both mornings. There were eggs with sausage one morning and bacon the next. There was also a wide selection of breakfast foods from which to choose.

The entire stay was great. Breakfast was good. The hotel was near to all attractions.

Family reunion was being held and we needed a location close to family.

The hotel location was near all attractions.

The hotel as stated was near all attractions, shopping centers and restaurants. We did not have to travel far for any services. It was also pet friendly.

Bad Experience

Pros: Nothing about the hotel itself.
Cons: Everything in side the rooms. Cleaner Sheets. The spread on the bed we were in was nasty with stains on it.
I had reservations for this hotel but when we arrived and got the room. The room it self was clean but the bed was wet. We inquired about it and the hotel clerk said it was because they had to spray the room before we came in and they sprayed too much. We ended up not getting the room because they went in to change the sheets but they went to another room and took the covers off that bed. It was very disappointing.

Not much to it. It was clean.

You get what you pay for. The room was clean and comfortable. All we needed to do was get a good night's sleep and it lived up to expectations. The only problem I ran into was our landline phone didn't work but a quick note to mateinance fixed that. Free internet was much appreciated but the entertainment was lacking. Watching TV was like going back in time. The old school guide reminded me of the 80's when you had to watch that channel just as much as a show just to see what was on...

Good Hotel, Good Rate, Good Location

Pros: Microwave, Fridge in Room. Pool. Free Breakfast. Free WiFi. Affordable. Gets the job done.
Cons: The TV in our room took some getting used to, it scrolled through the channel listings and you punched in the number of your desired channel.
Location: Good location. There's a 24hr Walmart a two minute drive (five minute walk) from the hotel for all your needs.
I came in with low expectations and was actually quite impressed. Yes, there may be some ripped wallpaper or something askew, but nothing that is going to affect the quality of your stay. The beds are comfy, the sheets are clean, I can't complain. You're not paying $1,000 a night to sleep here, so don't expect to get some kind of top notch service. It's a hotel with a pool (which goes from shallow to a whole eight feet deep), and your room comes with a good sized minifridge and a microwave (which is all I could ever want.) Continental breakfast was decent. Boxed scrambled eggs, on-demand belgian waffles, bacon or sausage, toast/bread/muffins/bagels, a selection of dairy products, yogurt, and juices. The TV in our room took some getting used to, after turning it on, it scrolled through the channel listings and you punched in the number of your desired channel. Wifi coverage was great, fast, and free. There's a computer and printer in the main lobby free to use as well for quick needs. We stayed in a ground floor, non-smoking room with a king sized bed. Loudest thing I heard? The AC unit, which was very very efficient.

Disgusting place. Not recommended

I end up not staying at the quality Inn, because we had asked for a non smoking room and the minute we walk in the room it reek of smoke and the room was disgusting,
