Extremely impressed with this property. Very clean, quiet and cozy. Had a little bear cub walk by while we were enjoying balcony. Will definitely be back!

For Mammoth, Cinnamon Bear Inn is a pretty nice place. On the smaller side, but beds are comfortable and it's a great location for access to Canyon or Main and for walking to a decent number of restaurants. For the price, it's worth staying at over the Westin, Mammoth Mountain Inn or Juniper Springs.

The hot breakfast (7am-10am) was amazing and buffet style. It was any combination of scrambled eggs, French toast, quesadilla, grilled cheese, sausage, Greek yogurt, and fruit. With plenty of pots of coffee, milk, and orange juice. They always had a water refill station and an ice machine. The Jacuzzi was hot and right next to the lobby. Easily walkable to the bus station for the redline. Right behind a strip mall where you had black velvet coffee, Schatz, bakery, liberty bar, etc.. Staff is Friendly. The shower water was hot. After reading previous reviews, I brought an eye mask and earplugs and didn’t have any issues with sleeping at night. I would suggest leaving your car in the parking lot and taking the bus as the lot gets full pretty quick

The hotel is an older building, ever since we stepped foot inside, there was an odor in the lobby/breakfast area. We checked in and a key to our room was given. We went into the room and the rig had a large stain in the middle. Once we got back to the room and we were getting ready for bed, we noticed an excessive amount of hair on the sheets. Upon further inspection we noticed stains and dirt on the sheets and comforters, and our socks were completely black after a few minutes of walking in the room. We called the after hours line to let them know and someone came in to change our sheets, it took them 3 attempts to find clean sheets to put on the bed. To make matters worse, the walls were very thin so we could hear everything from upstairs, and we had trouble sleeping. We did not have a good experience, and for the amount we paid, we should’ve gotten better conditions, we will not be returning.

Clean but overpriced
Clean motel but tedious way over three separate stairwells to apartment B and paperthin walls to the neighbor room. Blinds were falling apart and jacuzzi out of service. We went during new years weekend and it was extremely overpriced for what it is.

I was surprised the room had only a space heater for warmth. There is no central heat or cooling, nor any wall unit to evenly heat the room and bath. Therefore the bathroom was very cold. Our room was on the ground floor and the floors were very cold. There was no hot water the morning and nothing was done to notify us of the issue.

Very noisy, walls super thin!!
The room was nice. Service and breakfast very good. However, these rooms have seriously thin walls. A family stayed in the next room with a newborn baby who screamed and cried all night! I could also hear every word the couple spoke! No sleep all night before a 5 hour drive!! I called their number for problems at 11 because quiet hours start at 10 PM! No answer after 2 calls!! I also told them about it the next morning, but no offer for a discount or any compensation after a really noisy and uncomfortable night!!
