All things being equal - Juniper Springs is hard to beat - well stocked kitchen, professional staff, bus stop, well maintained facility & an equipment locker - we’ll be back!

Upon our arrival, everything seemed promising. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. However, our first night was disrupted by a persistently beeping fire alarm (definetly no one was smoking, and even no one was cooking). Despite calling the front desk promptly, the response was lackluster. The maintenance person who arrived was unable to resolve the issue and simply removed the alarm, promising a replacement the next day. Regrettably, the promised replacement never materialized. Despite repeated calls to the front desk, no solution was offered, and no apologies were extended for the inconvenience caused. The lack of urgency or concern from the staff was disheartening. Furthermore, simple requests such as trash bags and dishwasher detergent were overlooked multiple times. Despite our reminders, these basic amenities were never provided, leaving us to improvise and manage without.

Great upscale property with good amenities. Those amenities included a large spa in the pool area, a parking garage, close access to lifts, well maintained property, and professional staff members. Looking forward to our next visit!

Our room was missing a bathroom trash can, and they were lacking plastic trash bags. We ended up using our own plastic bags instead of calling for more supplies. In addition, a lot of kitchenwares were worn and/or missing. For example, the large pot lid was missing; one of the pots was rusted; no kitchen scissors etc. Other than that, the place was pleasant.

ski in ski out was greatnot! They also issued us a day parking pass for the day we arrived which was huge. That day Mammoth received 39 inches of snow. and it was great to boot up in underground heated comfort and not having to deal with digging out at the end of the day.

A good set up, nice 1 bedroom ‘condo’, easy parking hot tub, pool, walk to the ski lift. Small issues were readily solved, and the room rate I received was excellent. I would stay there again as long as it wasn’t too pricey.

The unit we were give through Expedia happened to be a larger corner unit which was an added bonus! The ski in, ski out feature is fantastic! The covered parking is awesome. The internet did go out for a bit due to windy weather but was on within a few hours. It's great to be able to walk to Eagle Lodge for tickets and cocktails, too!!

Expedia site clearly lists Juniper Springs resort, however the booking was not for this location but rather an HOA building they manage on the site next door, Sunstone bldg. In addition you can't utilize the main building facilities. There is no staffing at the Sunstone building, no assitance no anything. In fact they got some bad weather the first night and unfortunately I didn't have snow tires so I didn't want to venture out late. But I had no choice since there is is no food services at the resort. The cleaning staff came by early to clean the room, around 9a. We weren't ready to ski yet so we asked they come back. They never did. Contacting the front desk takes repeated attempts since I don't believe its constantly manned. Now, if this was what was advertised I could understand but $1400 per night for the accomadtions very disappointing. We live 4 hours away and decided against staying the second night and drove home early forfeiting our money. PS: I did mention to the staff that the room we got was not what was advertised. They stated that it was Expedia promotion and their error. PSS: So using Expedia was my error, next time I'll reconsider.
