decided not to stay to see the room accommodations

Posted Sep 27, 2016
Pros: location
Cons: air freshener, brightness, new furniture in lobby
Location: lots of biking, mountain hiking.
seemed run down, but staff was very, very pleasant. Major roadwork in front of hotel and no direct access.

barking dog

Posted Sep 26, 2016
Pros: convenience to surrounding services
Cons: the spa needs repairing, only 2 jets worked, a no pets policy, better explanation regarding fees and taxes. Expedia & hotel both charged taxes & fees
The hotel is located conveniently close to many things in town, and was easy to locate. The biggest problem though was allowing pets to be locked in the room all day while the patron went out for the day and most of the night. The incessant barking combined with thin walls make the stay there unpleasant. The hotel should have a no pets policy and things would be much nicer. Overall, the hotel is a comfortable and warm place to stay, and I would probably stay there again.

Clean comfortable stay

Pleasant well kept ski style lodge with “facilities” which we were unable to take advantage of as we were only staying the one night. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was continental. Would use again.

perfect location, next to bike path, businesses

Posted Sep 20, 2016
Pros: location, cleanliness
Cons: nothing..what it lacks cannot be added in its current construction (eg, balconies, jacuzis, etc)
Location: almost all the good places to go for food and beverage are within walking distance, as well as movie theaters. Bike path was right there. Great!
We were put into a smaller double twin room first, then moved to a larger double queen room the second night....the larger room was much more comfortable. Continental breakfast was just fine, staff was friendly..

Some good, some bad

Posted Sep 19, 2016
Front desk & cleaning staff clueless & one even a little rude when asked for missing cups. Room was comfortable overall except for a bathroom fan that was way too loud & very thin walls - easily heard people in other rooms & in the hallway. Expanded continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

Pleasant weekend stay in Mammoth.

Lived up to expectations on all fronts. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast and above all incredible views from the balcony. Awesome!

Staffs are friendly. Breakfast is great, fresh blueberries, fresh-cut pineapple and strawberries(not just fresh but tasty) and coffee is ok. Large room, loft-style, nice appliances. Two full-baths (wonderful) are recently remodeled with large glass swing doors but water pressure is not that great. All interior deco are brown-color theme-not my favorite. You can't see stail or dust well and it is kind of depressing.

Great location but check in staff not freindly

Posted Aug 28, 2016
Staff member upon check in was rude and spoke very fast like a robot so we couldnt understand what she was saying. Room was good and other staff members throughout the stay were freindly. Very close to restaurants shops etc.
