The outlets in our room did not work right. They didn't hold the cord for my hairdryer or flat iron. There were no comforters for blankets. Continental breakfast was not good. The sausage gravy was cold and tasted awful. I have never had sausage gravy without a biscuit. The english muffins were frozen as well as the butter and jam.

The room was dirt my room keys where never working right we got stuck in a elevator that the emergency phone was not working and the emergency stop either I called the front desk from my cell phone and they took there sweet time to help me an 1 hour later they finally opened the door

Cons: Hotel is dated, looks untidy and deserted. The rear parking lot is riddled with huge pot holes. The rooms are dated and not cleaned thoroughly between guest. (I found stuff left behind in my room from previous guest. Soda machines are out of order. Pool water looked cloudy. No breakfast, even though they advertise hot breakfast. Told at front desk breakfast was being served on weekends only. Not true. No breakfast at all. (I stayed during the weekend) Make reservations with an outside site like Expedia to get the best rates. I extended my stay a few extra days, and the front desk tried to charge me $40 more extra per day than my original reservation i did through Expedia. When i asked if they could match Expedia's rate, they said there system would've allow them to modify the rate. Restaurant on site (mexican food) was completely empty all day long and looks very dated. Pros: Very hot water in shower. That was nice. Near major roadways. Lots of nearby eateries. Lots of parking in rear parking lot (despite the pot holes)

Nasty pool. No gym like they say! Don't book!
Horrible front desk. 6 people working yet only one person does the work. I called prior to arrival to make sure the gym was open. I have been here before 6 months ago and it was under renovation. Guy aais yes we have a new gym that is opened. Get there and the only employee actually working tells me just the treadmill and weights. Im ok with that. Go to the gym and nothing works! Even housekeeping tried. I go back to the desk and im told the workers from the attached restaurant use it daily. So i ask the gentleman behind the counter to show me maybe im doing them wrong. With an attitude he went to the gym. Guess what. Not working. Go to the pool. Nasty yellow brown color. I mention this in the elevator and here to find out this hotel isnt even taking actual reservations. The hotel is being used as a rehab facility! The breakfast was cheap cereal, bread, nasty oj. Little pancake maker wasnt bad. But no free hot breakfast like they say. One set of towels in room for 2 people. Asked for more and never brought them! No shampoo and conditioner even though a sign in the bathroom says they do. I was told they were out. Only good thing was the bed was clean and comfortable and since no one else there on the floor it was very quiet!

The management staff was very snippy when I asked for extra towels, at 1 am we had to evacuate for over an hour because someone was smoking in the building, there was always 15 people standing at the entrance just standing around. The pool water was brown. And I was told by another guest that some of the property was used for a rehabilitation program.

I checked in with my son and was given a single bed with jacuzzi; when i wanted to change to two bed they charged me, which i was not willing to pay but when we get to the room one of the beds was broken. Not friendly at all

Great location. No long-term maintenance done. Almost looks abandoned. Weeds grown up all the way around building. Exterior siding filthy and interior carpet had foot worn paths almost to black. Breakfast very meager and not fresh, egg & sausage patties hard around the edges. Air conditioner so loud that I couldn't even hear the television.

The lovely young woman at the front desk was very accommodating for check-in and check out. She let us check in early and was very understanding about our inadvertently late check out. The room was equipped with everything we needed, including a nice little mini-fridge, though the overall decor was quite dated. Given the neighborhood, I’m surprised I felt as safe and comfortable as I did there! If you’re in the area and absolutely have to stay, this place is your best choice without a doubt.
