Just thought the staff could be friendlier. Hard to get a hello or good morning unless I said it first. The person taking care of the breakfast area seemed unhappy, kind of felt like I was a bother to her because I was there. Other wise an exceptionally clean facility, just needs the friendliness to make it complete.

It was a beautiful place and very clean, we had an issue when we got there, the fire alarm was chirping in our room. They fixed it quickly and professionally.

Room was good, clean. We were on the main floor and could hear floors creaking and people walking around overhead until they finally settled for the night. The food offered at breakfast, however was horrible. Even the OJ tasted like it was way past its expiration date.

Lovely hotel, very close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee shop in lobby was very nice to have. Breakfast was great!

We stay here when we visit family in Columbiana. Just the nicest hotel you could ask for. Love the common areas on each floor. The staff is amazing. Breakfast buffet is always excellent.

We are sorry to hear about your recent stay. It does look like you were here while we were improving our lobby floors. Unfortunately being a hotel, we are open 24/7 so we try to accommodate our guests as best that we can. Your room was upgraded, with same lower rate due to having a pet and moving it to a pet friendly room with very short notice. If it was an issue of the overcrowding of the pool area I do apologize for that as there were more guests in the pool area then should of been. Our pool is for guest staying overnight in the rooms only. The maximum amount of people able to stay in the room are permitted to use the pool. For example 6 guests maximum for a suite. We do our best to make our policies very clear, but occasionally things are overlooked by the guest. We are committed to excellence.

First day was pretty good there, but the people above us made a lot of noise all hours of the night, and we didn’t get much sleep. We didn’t told the lady at the front desk but she didn’t really seem to care, in fact she told us there was no one in the room above us at first. There clearly was because they were stopping and making noise all night long. Other than that the stay was great

The cable TV didn’t work about half the time we were there. When I told the lady at the front desk she said, “oh that happens a lot here”. Two off the 4 nights we were there the people in the room above us were extremely loud all night and very early in the morning. The room was very nice and spacious, very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We requested service on Sunday morning, clean towels and stuff, we never got it. Over all a decent stay. I would probably stay again.

I was very pleased with this hotel. . We drove out from Pittsburgh area to go to the Shaker In The Woods Festival and decided to stay the night . So glad we did and we will be back for sure to your hotel !

The facility was excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean. The pool and spa were a rare treat. There were biblical references scattered throughout the lobby; that is the only reason I gave the hotel 4 stars instead of 5.

By far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! The pool and pool area were clean and very well maintained. The entire hotel is kept up to date and tidy. We will definitely start her again!

The stay was fine overall. It was kind of annoying that there were six of us staying in a six person suite and they only left three sets of towels. There was sheets for the pull out couch, but no extra pillows. When I called to ask for more, the gentleman that answered actually asked how many people were staying in our room. We also had to walk down to the front desk for pool towels instead of them being in the pool area.

We apologize for the issue that occurred during your stay. When reservations come in from outside sources a lot of times it only has listed 1 or 2 people in the room we are not sure how many people are in the room. With the pool towels supply demand being low, we keep the towels at the front desk. We do have signs posted that pool towels are available at the front desk

Front desk presence. They hide in the office and require you to push a a button for service. The cost per night is a bit steep for not having s a more personable staff at attendance.

We apologize for issue. As we only have only front desk agent on at a time most of the time. We do have the button out there as sometimes we are away from the desk assisting guest or on the phone making reservations for guest or assisting a guest with a question who might of called down.
