charged my debit, & paid cash, 600.00 for 50 room

all was ok, reserved expedia, needed debit to hold room, said paying cash. no problem. arrived 9-28 as booked, was late bad weather, paid cash for 5 day stay, found out 2 days later they also charged my debit paid twice 600 + dollars, staff said since arrived late policy to charge , never told by expedia or staff charged five days not one, 7 days to get debit refund, day 3 family emergency check out 3pm charged that day, for 36 hours paid 340.00 room 50 a night. no elevator, carry luggage upstairs, smelled weed, next door, hallway reeked of it non smoking room, had burns all over nothing matched, one white wall one peach blue & gold border, white dotted curtains green comforter, needs serious updates, tub drain didnt close, floating paint in pool peeling, not typical days Inn, non english speaking owners, comfort inn next door but days inn had my money 600.00.

Dear Tina, we have read your review and are a little confused. When you reserve through Expedia your money goes to them right away. You cannot pay cash at the hotel. Our hotel does not have a late arrival fee...we never have. Every staff member here speaks English. Your review at first reads you paid $600.00 for 50 rooms. We don't think that is possible. We do know that the paint in the pool is coming off and Sherwin Williams is our paint company and they are coming to fix it. We are sorry you had so many issues.
