Unfortunately when checking in, the desk attendant gave us a key to an already occupied room. The desk clerk corrected this, but all weekend, I was concerned she would do the same to us.

Hotel was clean however there were countless fees after I had paid that I was not expecting. I understand accidental fees but when you have to pay to park in a hotel that you already paid for is beyond me. I didn’t have my car parked for me at all. Majority of the staff did not care as much as I previously have had in hotels and they were not aware of why the computer kept having fees come up even though they claimed it’s happened before. They have a great selection of breakfast and the lady who worked overnight and helped prepare the breakfast was nice. However when you pay for multiple fees I should’ve just gotten a better hotel. I was never asked how my stay was either and was checked out fast to get me out of the door and was given an attitude trying to explain my visit nicely. I won’t be back with how I was treated.

Nice and noisy
Great hotel except we were put in room right next the elevator. All night long it kept making noise anytime anyone used it and shook the room. Only slept a few hours because of that.

Stayed here for a week, and it was great! Parking is easy, it is right next to the freeway, there are plenty of dining options, and the staff is friendly. The free breakfast in the morning offered plenty of options, open till 9AM so you don't have to rush, and the food was delicious. Overall, a great place to stay, and I will definitely be back here when I am in town again.

Nothing extravagant but nice and comfortable
It was a comfortable room. We asked for an extra blanket and towels and the staff was quick to deliver. My kids loved the waffles, we all know if your kids and wife are happy your life will be easy.

The bath tub water went down slowly which caused a backup while taking a shower. One of the queen beds had a dip in the bed on the one side from use which was somewhat annoying. The show curtain had marks on it like moldy marks. The breakfast was just ok.

We were in town for a wedding. Location of hotel was near many dining options. Had a nice restful sleep and a good breakfast in the morning. Would definitively stay here again. My lady friend complained that the AC was too cold but i loved it
