My Vacation

Pros: It was quiet.
Cons: The rear door could be better secured. Large trucks should have designated parking and the carpet needs cleaning.
Location: Very bad experience with McDonalds down the street. Not clean, due to poor management.
During my stay at the Quality Inn Belmont. My bed linen (Pillow Cases) was dirty. The desk clerk brought others up himself, but I had to change them. I didn't trust the rest of the linen, so I went out and bought new ones. One working ice machine. I never found it. I went back out and bought my own ice. I did not like being in the back. A homeless man came in the back door and having breakfast before the hotel guest.

Really disappointed. Clerk at check in was very unhappy. Door to the room did not lock on closing. Not safe at all. Breakfast was better than expected. Room was small and very cramped. Very basic.

Everything was ok except the pool was broke the entire weekend and we had some disappointed kids. We booked this hotel because of the pool and was never offered a discount for it being broke the entire weekend.

My stay at the Quality Inn & Suites North was fantastic! The service was fast, the staff was friendly and courteous and the room was expertly prepared! I will definitely be staying at this hotel, the next time I travel!
