Across the street a Hospital &Railroad tracks

Pros: The breakfast and the staff..
Cons: HOT water.....Check in said 3 online 4 when we got there...Front desk did let us ck in at about 2:30...
Location: We were there for Nascar so no time for anything else....
we had cold water 2 days out of the three one night front desk allowed us to shower in another room...not at all the quality we expected as we have stayed at Quality Inn's before...front deck nice enough to give us 10% off ....that didn't even cover the bed tax....we had 2 rooms...our friend spent 45mins on the phone with corporate and they are suppose send him a check for $20.00 wow....just a bad experience...

New and clean bathrooms that have been recently renovated. Very easy to locate. Friendly staff.

boot lady that works on the weekdays Quality Inn

the lady at the front was very rude to us we've been here awhile she acted like we weren't allowed to use cash to pay for our room that we had only his credit card and we weren't even allowed to use our debit card that we have on file she made it sound like she was helping us out when we have paid every day on time with no issues at all no problems no complaints except for the one lady at the front who acts like she's doing us a favor every day we go up there to pay I feel it's an acceptable and she needs to be trained better for her job she told us it was policy that we had to pay only credit card nothing else or we had to leave but everyone else here has no issue with us paying cash she's also very rude about my children going up and grabbing breakfast in the morning 13 years old and it should not be an issue especially if I'm standing right there with them or right outside the door of where they are having a cigarette they're old enough to get their own food they don't need to be babied or helped

It was an excellent place to stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, staff is helpful and the breakfast was also very good and the employee in charge of the breakfast was also very kind and helpful.
