“The hotel was overbooked and our rooms were already gone when we arrived.
The owner lied and said he woukd sort it all out with Expedia to get us new rooms.
An hour later I called Expedia myself and was told they had not heard from the owner. So I spent 90 minutes on the phone with them and was directed to a new location in Copenhagen, Denmatk, almost an hour away.
I would never book a room at this place again as they obviously overbook on purpose.
The new place was better. We are currently……
